To limit hair damage, wash your hair at night and let it air dry. Then in the morning all you need to do is straighten/curl. In no time, you'll find your hair is much healthier.
I'm lucky enough to work night shift so when I get up in the morning (meaning afternoon truly lol) I wash my hair and I have enough time to let it air dry (most of the time) and you can really see the difference! :) So good tip! xx
I usually wash my hair at night as I just find it so hard to dedicate extra time in the morning to it! My hair dries kind of like a beach/tousled look so I guess I am pretty lucky in that sense too that I can often leave it without getting the GHD or curler out!
I do this most of the time, and definitely see a difference in my hair compared to when I blow dry a lot!
