It's no real surprise that my Nude By Nature Cleanser is the newest thing I'm raving about. It's been on my Fridays Favourites for the last few weeks.
I originally started using Nude By Nature products when I was pregnant back in 2010. I was looking for more natural products and things that wouldn't irritate my sensitive skin. I was using skincare at the time that had a lot of "active" ingredients and felt like they weren't the safest to use when I was pregnant. By active I mean products including ingredients like salicylic acid, retinol A, essential oils and alcohol that are not recommended for pregnant women. I used to use Witch Hazel as a toner, but since it has 14% alcohol I felt that I needed a new cleanser and toner. So in came this gem!
I love that it's a gentle cleanser. I've never had any issues with sensitivity or irritation like I get with other cleansers. It hasn't made me break out. Infact, it's made my skin better everytime I use it.
The consistency is a thick gel, but it's easy to wash off and doesn't leave residue. While it has "foaming" in it's title, it's a gel.
Even though it's an anti aging cleanser, due to the anti oxidants, it isn't heavy or doesn't break me out. I like that I can clean my skin but also protect it from aging. While anti aging isn't on top of my list of skin concerns, it's never to early to do small things to protect your skin from aging.
It's such a great price. For $20 you get 250mls, which lasts for a few months.
Have you used any of Nude By Natures skincare before? Has anyone used their new BB cream? I'm interested in trying it out, but found that the Garnier one broke me out. Did you get break outs using it?

Check out my review of the NBN Illuminator vs Face Of Australia's here.
This sounds like a great cleanser for sensitive skin and quite affordable too! Have you tried Sukin facial cleanser hun? Ive been using it and it leaves my skin feeling quite hydrated and I dont get that tight feeling after I wash my face with most cleansers. Not sure how it reacts with sensitive skin though. Does the Nude by Nature foam up more once its in contact with water?
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried NBN BB cream but I saw it the other day at Priceline and was also interested in it. I have tried the Garnier one and that didn't break me out.
It does foam a little, but its more soapy that foamy. I haven't tried the Sukin cleanser, but I do love their Rosehip Oil and their toner is great to.
DeleteI use the Missha perfect cover BB cream and it doesn't break me out! Really great coverage too :)
DeleteI haven't tried the Missha one, but have heard nothing but great things about it :)

ReplyDeleteI'm a huge fan of this cleanser too! It's done wonders for my dry sensitive skin!
ReplyDeleteI find it foams much more if you dry your hands slightly before squirting it onto them :)
