I can't believe it's the end of August already! I feel like every week just goes by quicker and quicker.

What I'm Wearing...

I've been trying to use up my foundations as I have quite a few opened up. I've nearly finished my Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation (I only have a drop or two left) and my Rimmel Wake Me Foundation. Since it's been quite sunny in Sydney, I've started to want a more fresh faced look and these foundations fit the bill. 

Mascara is something that I've struggle to find a great one. Too many smudge, flake, run or don't last. I normally throw them out after a few weeks, as bad mascara is my pet peeve. I've started this week using Revlon Grow Luscious Plumping Mascara. I've really liked it and find that it helps to make my lashes look thicker and longer. While it hasn't become my holy grail mascara, it's something I would repurchase.

My skin has freaked out in the last few days with redness, so I've added the L'Oreal Youth Code Luminosity Extraordinary Serum back into my routine. I was using rosehip oil as a serum, but felt like I needed more of a punch to help deal with the redness and pigmentation. I only use it in the day as I'm still using the Alpha H kit. 

I adore my Luk Beautifood Lip Nourish that I got in my August Bellabox. It's a perfect everyday lip product. 

Things I'm lusting for...

There's been nothing that I've lusted after, but when I did pass Chanel the other day I did think "One day I will buy something from you!" As great as Chanel make up is, I want a quilted tote more than their make up!

Blogs or blog posts I've loved so much I've read more than once...

Michaela from Lather Rinse Repeat tried out the new Sally Hansen Magnetic Nail Colour. It looks fantastic!! I really wished that I had more time to do my nails, but I get frustrated with the "paint and wait." I get even more frustrated when I don't wait long enough and smudge it! 

Kimmi from The Plastic Diaries has a great haul from the Spa & Beauty Expo. I'm super jealous of her Rae Morris brush and Lord & Berry Lipsticks. I've heard great things about the L&B lipsticks from a lot of bloggers. 

I'm one of those weird people that love hearing about bloggers buying regrets just as much as their holy grail products. Over at Shopping Intervention the much hyped about Bioderma Crealine H20 just wasn't worth the hype. Do you agree with her?

I adore this eye look from The Made Up Maiden. While it's much to bright for boring old "brown nude eye everyday" me, I think she looks beautiful and wish I was as daring as her! 

On My Mind...

My hubby and I want to buy a particular house but the real estate agent is terrible. He never gets back to us and even though we've told him we want to put in an offer multiple times, he still hasn't done anything about it. WORST REAL ESTATE AGENT EVER!!! Also he asked if we were still interested in the house and emailed us "Get back to me." Not even a please. His rudeness and inability to reply to emails is driving me insane. If I didn't want the house as much as I do, I would have just told him to stick it!! 

Bad customer is so unbelievably frustrating.
