Introducing: Savoir Faire Cosmetics + "Lolita" Lipgloss Review

Who Are They?
I first heard about Savoir Faire from Bellabox. I immediately fell in love with their products. They have such gorgeous packaging.

SFC was born out of the fact that it's hard to find quality make up that is also visually appealing. Make up should make you feel great and be fun. The packaging should reflect that too.

They use the finest ingredients and stay away from nasties like talc, so its perfect for sensitive skin.

What's so amazing about their products?
Today I'm bringing you one of their lip glosses. I can't even begin to explain how amazing these are. They not only look beautiful but smell and taste amazing.

"Lolita" is a peaches and cream scent, but all I can smell is bubble gum. It reminds me so much of Hubba Bubba Bubble Tape.

In the packaging it looks pale pink with a golden shimmer. The packaging is very sleek.

The lipgloss is in a tube with an doe foot applicator. This makes it easy to apply on the run.

Hopefully you can see the difference in the above 2 photos. The first is how it looks in natural light, and the second is with the flash. The flash brings out more of the golden shimmer, as the camera wasn't really picking up the shimmer in natural light.

Once you've applied it, it goes on as a very pale pink (almost clear) with the gold shimmer. The top swatch is a thicker swipe, while the swatch underneath it  has been rubbed in.

The above picture is how it looks on bare lips. It looks gorgeous by itself, or on top of a lipstick. The great thing about the shimmer is that it's not overkill. Because it's a shimmer, and not a glitter, it can very wearable for everyday use.

I love that the ingredients are so easy to see. It scares me when companies try to hide their ingredient list. They also don't test on animals which is a huge drawcard for me.

Now I've made you NEED this, here's where you can get your own!
I purchased mine from Bellabox, otherwise you can order online from the SFC website. They are $25. One great thing about the SFC website is that there are 15 lip glosses to choose from, but Bellabox only has 5.

I bought mine a while ago, so I'm not sure if Bellabox are still selling the square or round tube. On the SFC website the lipglosses are in a more rounded tube.

I really want to try their "Scooter" lip gloss and also their foundation next.

Have you tried anything from SFC before?
XO

PS I have reviews of their lipstick and also another lip gloss coming very soon!

    1. Hahahaha, nope you would hate the smell then. They have so many different scents, so don't let that hold you back from trying them. :)

  2. I'm a big fan of Savoir too! They're a West Australian company which is awesome, especially being that I'm from Perth. I have samples of a few of their different products and I can't wait to get a chance to use them!
