1 Skin Solution Luxury Bath & Body Travel Pack

I go through phases in using scented body products. Sometimes I'm obsessed with them and other times its just plain boring soap. I normally love to invest in body products when I'm feeling stuck in a rut. It makes life (and especially waking up) that bit easier and glamorous. 

I'm a huge fan of 1 Skin Solution's Vanilla Lip Balm and was so upset when I finished it. Once you try it, you'll never know how you previously lived without it. 

I was lucky enough to get to try out their travel set of mini body and bath products recently. And in the pack is the most amazing vanilla body cream. I've been obsessed with vanilla since I was in year 7. I practically bathed in The Body Shop Vanilla Perfume. Whenever I smell vanilla, it takes me back to being young and carefree. It's also such a warm, inviting and homely smell (in a positive way!). What I love about the body lotion is that it doesn't have that manufactured vanilla smell like some body products do. The smell is more of a subtle vanilla scent that lingers, without being overpowering. 

While it's a lotion, it feels lightweight but still is moisturising because of the macadamia nut and sweet almond oil. There is also a hit of antioxidants from the vitamin E that's included in the lotion. 

I love the scent so much and hope that maybe they will release a candle range with the Vanilla and Lime Thyme scent in the future!

I really wasn't sure what to expect with the Lime Thyme Body Wash. I normally stick to sweet or fruity scents and miss out on all of the amazing other scents around. But I was pleasantly surprised. It's the perfect zingy scent for those "hard to get out of bed" mornings. The body wash is beautiful, and is also a great hand wash for a 3.30pm pick me up. 

I have a confession to make about the final product. I'm TERRIBLE at using scrubs. I normally don't use them as I ALWAYS get water in the tub. But the Bath & Shower Crystals are an amazing hand scrub. They have sea salt and brown sugar to leave your skin exfoliated. The reason why it's an amazing hand scrub is because of the lime and lavender oil. It gives your skin a slightly hydrated feel. I'm so rough on my hands, but this scrub makes them look young again! 

You can also use the crystals in the bath. I haven't yet tried this as a bath crystal, since I'm normally too exhausted to run a bath, let alone spend time in one! 

The packaging is really cute. It's quite simple but looks beautiful in your shower or bathroom. You can tell a lot of effort went into creating a beautiful range that is still fantastic value for money.
