Holy Grail Alert! Aum's "Rejuvenating Rose Hip Oil"

RHO has been on the lips (well face) of every beauty lover over the last 2 years. It has so many wonderful uses, like a pre cleanser, serum or anti aging moisturiser, and it's quite inexpensive.

I love using RHO and use it in one of two ways. In summer I use it more as a serum and moisturiser in one. I do this because my skin normally is oilier in summer and I find using a moisturiser as well as an oil is too much for my skin. Not that it makes it oily, but I just don't like piling on too many products in the hot weather. In winter, I find RHO is a fantastic day serum as well as a beautiful soothing oil to put on my red chapped nose when I have a cold.

I haven't ever bought a RHO twice, since there are so many different ones to try. My latest RHO is actually my most favourite one EVER.

Aum is an Australian organic skincare line. Their speciality is anti aging. If you love Natio, then you'll love Aum too.

Their products contain no parabens, sulphates, mineral oils, petrochemicals and silicones. They also don't test on animals.

What I love most about this particular RHO is that it's so moisturising. Even though my skin is normal to combination, it isn't too oily. The trick is to only use a small amount. If you have oily skin and find oils are too much for your skin, but you still want the benefits, apply a few drops into your moisturiser. This way you get the goodness of the oil without it feeling greasy on your skin.

Plant based oils are actually fantastic for oily skin as they don't clog your skin or make your skin produce more sebum (your skins natural oils). They can actually help balance your natural oils. They also don't disrupt your skins natural PH levels.

This oil contains Vitamins A & E which gives you a hit of antioxidants as well as Omega 3, 6 & 9. These beautiful ingredients help with signs of aging by hydrate your skin, makes your skin look firmer, helps with pigmentation for a clearer complexion and stimulates new cells.

This retails for $22.95 for 15mls (which will last you a lonnnnnng time). You can find Aum products at Myer, selected chemists and health food stores. To find your local stockist in Australia and NZ, click here.

They also have a Firming Eye Cream and a Jojoba Oil that sound amazing and  are now on my to wish list.

Are you a fan of RHO or do you prefer another oil?
XO

    1. I love that it's great for scaring. Sometimes it's annoying having to use 20 face products for different issues.

  2. I am absolutely in love with RHO ever since I discovered it on BH. Although I have never heard of this brand before reading your review.
Does this one have the same rather unpleasant smell like some of the others? (My Sukin one does not smell nice at all! So it would be great to replace it with something with a better scent)
