Want It Wednesday: The Makeup Box Shop Make Up Organiser

Source

This weeks want is a little bit different. Instead of wanting another make up item (that I really don't need), I'm needing a make up organiser! Recently my husband and I bought our own home and next week we will be moving interstate!

While it's all very exciting (and stressful!), it's also a great time to have a spring clean. I've been getting through a lot of my products as apart of my Project Pan and have also been throwing out a lot of my older make up. As hard as it is to throw out your products (along with the money you spent on it), it's a great feeling to be more organised.

Apart of the spring clean has to be finding a new way of organising my make up. I really love the "Large Original 6 Drawer Makeup Organiser" from the The Makeup Box Shop

I'm looking at getting one so I can organise my make up more efficiently  At the moment, I have my opened make up in my bathroom draws, but since my bathroom will be different in our new house, I'm having to find a new storage solution.

I want ... actually NEED to have a system that is neat, tidy and most of all out of my husbands way. He is ALWAYS complaining that I take up the whole bathroom. Which is true! My products have even made their way onto his shelves. But while he is naturally gorgeous, this face needs a lot of products to look pretty.

I love the look of this as it's simple and is an easy way to transport my most used make up from one room to the next. I can move it from the bathroom, to the bedroom without any issues.

How do you organise your make up? Do you also have a loved one that doesn't understand your need for 500 lipsticks?

XO

PS Is it a good or bad thing that I may need to buy 2 or 3 to hold all of my make up! EKKK!!

PPS Let me know in the comments below if you're interested in seeing my make up collection/how I store my make up once I've moved.

  1. I wanted one of these for the longest time! And while my current one isn't acrylic, it does the job. I just have a $15 one from Officeworks!

    1. Same! I've been dying to get one but it's too pricey for me so I got 2 of the officeworks drawers. Works nicely for me :)

    2. I have that one too. It's a great "dupe." I just wish it was bigger. The draws don't fit too much in :(

  5. I have two of the 5 draw ones from Officeworks, but I'm going to get four of the 4 draw ones this week to replace them as the larger draw on the bottom is perfect for storing my nailpolish and I have no where to store them. I hope they have them on sale when I go as it got the 5 draw ones for $10 each on sale.

    1. I have the Officeworks one and it's great, but I wish you could get one that had 4 or 5 of the deep draws. I find I can't fit much in the top 3 draws :(
