First Impressions: Bourjois "Rouge Edition" Lipstick

Bourjois recently released 6 new lipglosses in Australia. I own two of their lipsticks, but haven't really used them that much, so I wasn't sure what to expect.

I love the packaging. It's simple, but classic. I also love that you can see what colours they are, as other Bourjois lipsticks all look the same and you can't easily see what the colour is.

I picked up numbers 13 and 07. These were my two favourite colours. Since I wasn't quite sure what the formula was like and how they would perform, I didn't want to buy too many, just incase I didn't like them. 

13 is a beautiful red, and 07 is a gorgeous bright Barbie pink.

The consistency is so incredibly smooth. It's also really moisturising on my lips and I didn't feel the need to apply a lip balm for a good 3-4 hours. While I was trialling the lipstick, I also put it to the test when it came to eating. I found that it lasted 3-4 hours before wearing off. 

I loved that it stayed slightly glossy, even after an hour or so after applying it. It's not like a lipgloss gloss but just looks freshly applied, even though you haven't. 

I've fallen in love with these and will be buying more!! 

Priceline are selling them for $10 on sale at them moment. They are normally $19 in Australia. Run to get them before they sell out!
