Beauty On A Budget: Models Prefer Infinite Colour Lip Liner in "Clearly Sealed" (aka My Holy Grail Lip Liner!)

Saturday, 11 May 2013

I've really been loving lipsticks lately, but one draw back from lipsticks has to be their tendency to slide outside of your lip lines (especially when eating). I don't normally use lip liner, but was on the lookout for one that I could wear with my lovely new lipsticks that I've bought over the last few months.

I purchased this when Priceline had a free beauty bag. You can see what I also bought here. I actually bought this because it was reviewed by Kate from Seduced By Beauty. It looked like a great product and because it was clear it would be perfect with all of my lipsticks.

Because it's clear, you don't have to be perfect with your lines when tracing your lips. It's fool proof, no matter how awful you are at tracing lines.

I also love the fact that I can have this in my make up bag for touch ups and if I decide to change from a pink lip to a red lip, this liner will suit both lipstick shades!!

While I've been using this with my lipsticks, they are also great for tinted lip balms like the Maybelline Baby Lips (tinted versions), my Models Prefer "Moisture Lust Lipsticks", and the Revlon Lip Butters and Balm Stains.

My favourite part of them is the fact that they are so soft to apply. I've previously used a lip liner pencil and it was hard and rough, which is probably why I haven't used one in many many years.

At only $7.99, this lipliner is AMAZING. It's waterproof, smudge proof and lasts for hours. I'm sure you'll be seeing the other 4 colours in a haul very soon!

They're only available in Priceline stores, not yet on their online store.

Do you love a lipliner, or have trouble drawing them on?

  1. Woo hoo! I am so glad you like it as much as I do Amy. I know how much you love a strong lipcolour so I am thrilled that you find it so useful. I have started to wonder whether I need any other lipliners in my collection as this is the one that I grab for the most.

  2. Ohhhh this sounds really good! I've had problems with lip liners where not only are they hard but also don't suit me at all (I.e. they make my lips look gray!!!) so this one sounds perfect!
    Thanks for the heads up!

  4. I love clear lip liners! Actually, I just love lipliners in general. :P

Must say the Model's Prefer brand is definitely under-rated, they have some truly fantastic products!

  6. I have the Dior Universal lipliner which is the same as this but obviously more expensive! I definitely would've brought this one instead if I'd known about it/could easily get it in the UK (I'm not sure if I can or not though...) It's so handy having a clear liner as it goes with everything and makes sure my lipstick always looks fab too! Great review, will be looking to purchase this one when my Dior one runs out!
