Revlon are one of the best "drugstore" make up brands. While they're on the higher end of budget make up, their products are worth it.
Their lipsticks are popular with bloggers because they have a HUGE range of colours and they feature both glossy and matte lipsticks.
I don't own a lot of matte lipsticks for 2 reasons. One is that I normally find them dry. Also I just prefer a glossy lip.
While this is a matte formula, it doesn't feel dry on my lips (but in saying that I also don't find it overly moisturising).
The formula applies on your lips easily and it's also long lasting. It's really pigmented, so it's a colour you need confidence to pull off.
It's a blue based red, but isn't too blue that it won't suit certain skintones.
While it's not an exact dupe, bloggers have said it's similar to MACs Ruby Woo. I don't own Ruby Woo, so I can't comment on the likeness.
If you're wanting an affordable red matte lipstick, then "Really Red" should be added to your wishlist!
