I've been using the Dr LeWinn's "Reversaderm Glycolic Clarifying Cleanser" for a few weeks now (you can read my first impressions review here) and have been really impressed. I'm almost out of it, and was sent 4 of their new cleansers to try.
The new range includes an oil cleanser, milk cleanser, cream cleanser and a foaming cleanser. I love that there is a cleanser for everyone, as sometimes some brands don't have a huge range.
The new range is great value for money. All four cleansers are $29.95 each and are a huge 200mls.
One of the great things about the new range is the fact that they were created to help with skin concerns, rather than skin types. My skin is constantly changing. My diet, stress levels, weather and sleep all effect my skin and some days it needs more moisture, while other days it's reactive and sensitive.
I normally have either 2 or 3 cleanser open at any one time. One is the cleanser that I will use 90% of the time, and I also have a creamy moisturising cleanser and a blemish control cleanser that I use only if I feel like my skin needs it.
I'll be trying out these cleansers over the next few months, but today I'm raving about the 4 Fusion Cleansing Oil.
I'm a huge fan of cleansing oils, and have tried quite a few from different brands. I used to have the MooGoo "Oil Cleansing Method," which I've previously raved about here, as my holy grail oil cleanser. But now, there's competition.
The 4 Fusion Cleansing Oil is just the thing my skin needs to get rid of the make up I apply... even the heavier and long wearing kind. You use it just as you would any other oil cleanser. Apply it onto dry skin and massage in, then apply a few drops of water onto your face to emulsify the oil. I then use a warm face cloth to wash off the oil.
The oils that are in the cleanser are rosehip oil, argan oil and tamanu oil. The oils help hydrate and protect the skin, while also firming the skin. It's also gentle on your skin, no matter your skin type/concerns. It's free of soap and mineral oil too!
The packaging contains a clear plastic lid, which makes it safe from spills. Since my cleanser lives in my shower, I've removed the clear lid, but it's great for taking to the gym or travelling. I love the pump applicator, as it's easy and relatively mess free (because oils can be slightly messy!)
It has a really beautiful scent. It's slightly fruity with a zinging citrus scent.
I love that the bottle has clear directions and it's easy to see the ingredients. Nothing worries me more about a product than when it's ingredients aren't easily accessible (as I feel like they are trying to hide something...literally).
It costs $29.95 for 200mls, so it's one of the best value for money oil cleansers that I've tried. The Moogoo cleanser is $24.90 for 110mls and the Jojoba Company 100% Make Up Remover is $29.95 for 100mls, so this by far gives you more product for less money.
Do you switch up your cleansers like I do?
XO

Love the shape of the bottles, I would really like to try the Fusion Cleansing Oil, I am a big fan of Dr LeWinns, I might have to see if the Chemist or Priceline have samples. Thanks for a very informative review.
