Holy Grail Alert! Burt's Bees 100% Natural Lip Shine in "Pucker"

As much as I love bright lipstick, it can look completely out of place when I'm busy mopping the floor or popping into the shops to buy milk.

Most days I tend to stick to tinted lip balms and lip glosses. They're great for when you're on the go and there also moisturising.

I've been adoring the new Lip Shine* lip gloss from Burt's Bees. While I've only had it for a little while, it's gone to the top of my holy grail list.

Not only do I get gorgeous soft and moisturised lips, but it also gives my lips some colour so it looks like I've put in more effort than I've actually done. While I get a gorgeous hit of colour, it's not like a lipstick that I need to keep an eye on to make sure it doesn't fade or become dry and cracked.

The colour slowly fades and just leaves me with soft lips.

It contains Apricot Wax and Sunflower Seed Oil which helps to nourish and moisturise your lips. I love that I can skip applying a lip balm because this is so moisturising.

Like the name suggest, it gives your lips a gorgeous glossy shine. These are also great to wear over lipstick for a glossy, bright lip look.

The packaging is simple but the applicator is really great because it's easy to apply, even when you don't have a mirror.

These cost $14.95 and are available from the Burt's Bees online store here, Myer and David Jones.

There are 6 colours in the range. I adore these and hope that there are more colours to come!

Are you a lipgloss or lipstick lover?

  1. That does look very pigmented! Do you think it stays long on the lips and is it sticky?

  2. TP - It's not sticky. It probably stays for about 45-90 minutes.

Tegan - Me too! It's such a gorgeous colour.
