Sexy Beach Hair Without The Dry, Crunchy Effect: ELEVEN Australia "Sea Salt Texture Spray" Review

Tuesday, 29 October 2013

While I love sea salt sprays, they don't always work well if you (like me) have dry or damaged hair. Some can be quite drying and make your hair feel like straw. Instead of sexy beach hair I'm left with dry and lanky hair.

When I saw a press release about the ELEVEN Australia "Sea Salt Texture Spray*," I was really interested in it. I adore the Lara Bingle bedhead/beach hair look but can't use most sea salt sprays often as I have dry hair.

The best thing about this is that it has Hydrolysed Wheat Protein and Hydrolysed Wheat Starch which condition the hair and keep it from feeling and looking dry.

You can use this on wet or dry hair. I love to apply it to damp hair and use a diffuser to dry my hair. It gives me volume and texture, all with only one product.

I love a textured high pony tail (like this one from Jen Hawkins) that has body and a wave, and this spray helps give me that. It's a little bit rock'n'roll, but is perfect for a busy (or windy) day because it's out of my face.

What I love about this spray is the fact that it's not only great for beach hair. I love to use the spray when I'm looking for volume. I can also use this for giving fullness to my fine hair when I'm doing a bun or I apply it when I'm doing a fishtail or plait for fullness and and grit on freshly washed hair.

Unlike other volume sprays, it's lightweight enough to be used on your roots.

It has a spray applicator that's easy to use. It's a mist that evenly sprays onto your hair.

ELEVEN Australia is Peta approved and doesn't test on animals.

It's really affordable at only $20.95 for 150ml.

Phone 1800 104 204 or visit www.elevenaustralia.com for stockists and to see their other products.

Have you used a sea salt spray before? What's your favourite one?

  3. Jasmine - It's a brand! You should have a look at their range.

Amy - Me too! Having fine hair means it's hard to get texture and body.
