First Impressions: Paula's Choice "C15 Super Booster" Review

Paula's Choice is a brand that I don't know a huge amount about, but have only read good reviews about their products.

One of the products that I've heard is amazing is the "C15 Super Booster." It was on sale at 50% off the other week, so of course I had to buy it. Including shipping, it was only $42.86 which is so affordable for a serum.

A lot of reviewers said it's a skincare dupe to Skin Ceuticals C E Ferulic, just a LOT cheaper.

The bottle is coloured, so light can't penetrate and destabalize the formula. It also contains a stopper, which minimises air getting into the bottle and messing with the product.

You apply this once or twice a day after cleansing. I apply this by itself and then follow up with a serum or moisturiser.

It has 15% Vitamin C and
also contains vitamin E and hyaluronic acid.

The consistency is really strange. It feels almost like water, but slightly thicker. If you've used Apha H's Liquid Gold, it's a similar consistency. It's quite runny, so I like to apply a drop or two at a time. I first apply it to my cheeks (where there's the most pigmentation) and then I apply a drop onto my forehead, then my chin and neck.

It has a subtle scent that's not good or bad... just very "meh."

The only thing negative thing that I've found with this is that it has a 3 month expiry date after opening, so you need to be dedicated to using this or you'll just waste your money.

I'm really looking forward to using this and seeing results over the next month or two.

You can purchase this here. Don't forget to check out their specials page where they have a new special every week.

Have you tried a vitamin C serum before?
Amy, XO
