Mother's Day Gift Ideas: Nivea Pure & Natural Mother's Day Pack (Reviewed)

I'm not sure how it happened, but my mother is the least beauty focused woman out there.... strange huh?? While my days are filled with make up, skincare, haircare and stalking the aisles of Priceline, my mother has about 10 beauty products in total. And I'm sure at least 5 of those have gone off because I remember them from when I lived with my parents (and that was 6 or 7 years ago!!). 

So finding a suitable Mother's Day gift can be hard. I buy her pyjamas every year... but not this year!

The Nivea Pure & Natural Gift Pack* was kindly sent to me to review and immediately I thought that this is a beauty pack that my mum would actually use!

It's beautiful, without being glitzy. It's already packaged so I have minimum wrapping to do. And it has a small price tag of only $20 (and it's even on sale at Chemist Warehouse for $16.69). 

In the pack there's 4 body and skincare items....

Pure & Natural Body Lotion (400ml)

I've actually used this body lotion before. I received a sample of it in a Priceline goodie bag and loved the sample so much that I went out and bought it.

It's a nice light body lotion that's not greasy or tacky. It has a lovely scent that smells really uplifting and refreshing. It also has new packaging to the original. It now comes with a pump.

Pure & Natural Hand Cream (75ml)

I've seen this at my parents house. My mum always has hand cream in the lounge to apply each morning and night. My daughter loves hand cream and always uses it when we go and visit. So I'm sure that my mum would appreciate more. She may just have to hide it from my little one!

This hand cream is lovely and soft. It contains argan oil to help hydrate your hands, without feeling greasy or heavy. 

Pure & Natural Soothing Day Cream (50ml)

This facial moisturiser is suitable for dry and sensitive skin. It provides 24 hour moisture and contains chamomile and argan oil.

I love packaging. It looks much more luxe than its pricetag! 

Pure & Natural Milk & Honey Lip Balm

And finally no matter how low key you are with your make up, EVERYONE loves lip balm. 

This lipbalm is perfect for someone that's just looking for relief from dry lips and wants moisture. It doesn't contain colour, shine or shimmer. It's really soothing on your lips and is easy to apply. 

This is the perfect pack for anyone that's on a budget, or who needs a filler present to go with other things like flowers, champagne or a gift voucher.
